20 g sugar
85 g unsweetened coconut
Method
- In a saucepan, heat the water and sugar until the sugar dissolves.
- Remove from heat and stir in the coconut. Continue stirring until most of the liquid is absorbed. Let sit for 10 minutes to continue to rehydrate.
- Use immediately or spread on a baking sheet and allow to dry before storing.
